Kristine Jannuzzi

Kristine Jannuzzi (aka @nyccheesechick) is an accomplished journalist, cheese specialist, content creator, and four-time World Cheese Awards Judge. She also served as a judge at the 2023 Italian Cheese Awards in Ancona and the 2022 Premios Cincho Cheese Awards in Spain. In September 2023, Kristine was inducted into the prestigious Guilde des Fromagers as a Compagnon d’Honneur.
Kristine is a regular contributor to the magazine Culture: The Word on Cheese, and her work has also been published in La Cucina Italiana, The Florentine, Italy Magazine, Listen Magazine, The Epoch Times, Italia Living, and British Heritage Travel, among others. She has created content, developed recipes, and written copy for a wide range of clients, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Uncommon Flavors of Europe, AOP Agriform, Central Formaggi, Comté USA, Emmi Cheese, Roger’s Collection, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, Grillies, and Speck Alto Adige.
Kristine has taught cheese classes and hosted tastings at Murray's Cheese flagship location in New York’s Greenwich Village, the French Cheese Board in SoHo, the USA Boska Showroom, in collaboration with The Florentine in Florence, in people's homes, and virtually. A bilingual dual American and Italian citizen, Kristine currently hosts private cheese and wine tastings and bespoke tours and experiences in Tuscany and beyond.
